"Breaking the Stigma: Open Conversations on Mental Health"
In a world where the pace of life often feels overwhelming, prioritizing mental health has never been more crucial. SDPGIPS (College of Pharmacy) recently took a significant step in this direction by hosting a thought-provoking lecture dedicated to mental health awareness on September 12, 2024. The lecture was organized at 2:00 pm at Lecture Theatre 1. The event was attended by the students of PG and UG of SDPGIPS (College of Pharmacy). The event not only shed light on the importance of mental well-being but also provided invaluable tools and strategies for managing stress and fostering resilience.
The keynote speakers for this event were Senior Prof. Dr. Priti Singh, Prof. Hitesh Khurana, Prof. Purushottam, and Prof. Bhupendra Singh from the State Institute of Mental Health (SIHM).
