SDPGIPS (College of Pharmacy), PGIMS celebrated National Pharmacy week, focusing on the theme "Pharmacists as Advocates of Vaccination" various events were organized from November 16th to November 19th, 2025. These events were celebration oftalent, teamwork and creativity and collective efforts from all the students and faculties marked a week of vibrant activities, spirited participation, and remarkable achievements at SDPGIPS (COP), UHSR. The event brought together students from all the UG and PG batches, and offered a platform to present their academic as well as extracurricular talent. Every program was diligently managed by committed student organizers, ensuring flawless execution and remarkable participation.
The celebration was concluded by a felicitation ceremony on November 19th, graced by respected faculty members whose presence added inspiration and encouragement. Celebration was wrapped up with in a grand prize distribution ceremony, honouring the winners for their hardwork, outstanding performance and remarkable achievements. The faculty’s applause and guidance motivated all students to continue cultivating their skills, fostering an environment of growth, creativity and active participation in such events.
Sports Events: Strength, Strategy, and Sportsmanship
Cricket
The cricket event set the tone for the pharmacy week and was a highlight for many sports enthusiasts in the college. All this was due to coordination of Ankit(PG), Vipin, Aarti and Himanshu. The event featured friendly yet competitive cricket matches where teams demonstrated their batting, bowling, and fielding skills. Cricket is always a crowd favorite, and the enthusiasm and energy as well as the support from the crowd in the air made this event particularly memorable.

This event was coordinated by Karandeep, Khushi, Naveen. The game encouraged teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical endurance. The enthusiastic participation and crowd support made the event even more thrilling and fun, with intense matches that kept everyone on the edge of their seats.

Tug of War continues to captivate audiences with its raw energy and timeless appeal. The perfect game for strength, technique,and teamwork is perfectly coordinated by Virender Sharma(PG), Harish, Deepak.

Under the coordination of Virender Gahlot(PG), Parvesh, Priya, the contest were the contests were conducted seamlessly. Participants competed in sprints, relays, and other athletic disciplines, striving to surpass personal milestones. .

Next up was the Singing Competition, organized by Sarita. This event gave students a platform to showcase their vocal talents. Speech competition is organsed by Renu which which offered students a platform to articulate their thoughts with clarity and confidence. Rangoli competition
Anjali and Asha organized the Rangoli Making Competition, where participants created colorful and intricate Rangoli designs.
