How will you devote to Alumni Association after being into the role?

Volunteering requires a time commitment, depending on the frequency and scale of events organized around the university and the community. You may be required to attend some events in person and work flexible hours as necessary to meet deadlines.

Confidentiality: You may have access to confidential information about the alumni association, its members, and its events. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the alumni association.

You should be responsible for ensuring that any content you provide is accurate and appropriate for the intended audience.

Coordinate with event organizers, sponsors, and media partners to ensure seamless event coverages.

Be responsible for keeping the website up-to-date with information about university and community events, programs and fests organized.

Create and curate multimedia content, such as photos, videos, and blogs for use in promoting events and post-event coverage.
