This is to inform you all that we, "Alumni Association of COP UHSR", are currently seeking volunteers for the following posts:
- Event Media Manager,
- Volunteers in Web Content Management Team,
- Volunteers in Event Media Management Team
Event Media Manager: The role involves managing and coordinating activities related to events happening around the univerisity and the alumni community, including but not limited to actively participating in different events, gathering content and media, managing it, and publish on our web portal with the help of author and publishers.
You, Better to be equipped with:

- Basic knowledge of multimedia (photo, video, and blogs)
- Determined personality
How will you devote to Alumni Association after being into the role:

- Events Media Manager role requires a time commitment of approximately 5-10 hours per week, depending on the frequency and scale of events organized around the university and the community. You may be required to attend some events in person and work flexible hours as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Leading a team: You will be leading a group of people working on a common goal.
- Confidentiality: In the course of your work as Events Media Manager, You may have access to confidential information about the alumni association, its members, and its events. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the alumni association.
- Be responsible for ensuring that any content you provide is accurate and appropriate for the intended audience.
- Coordinate with event organizers, sponsors, and media partners to ensure seamless coverage of events.
- Be responsible to keep the website up to date about the events, program, or fest organised in the univerisity and the community.
- Manage the website of association to provide real-time updates and engagement during events.
- Create and curate multimedia content such as photos, videos, and blogs for use in promoting events and post-event coverage.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to online publishing and data privacy.
Web Content Management Team & Event Media Management Team: Volunteers in the Teams will be responsible for fullfilling the common goal of the team by doing the work they good at toward their common goal under the supervision of respective team leader.
