Cleanliness Drive at Pt. B.D. University of Health Sciences, Rohtak Promotes Hygiene and Civic Responsibility


 


 

Rohtak, October 1, 2023 – In a remarkable display of commitment to cleanliness and civic responsibility, Pt. B.D. University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, organized a spirited cleanliness drive on its campus today. The event was graced by the presence of the esteemed Director, Dr. Shamsher Singh Lohchab, who led the charge in promoting a cleaner and healthier environment for all.

 

With a collective vision of fostering a sense of cleanliness and hygiene among students and staff, the university undertook this initiative with enthusiasm. Mr. Virender and Mr. Davinder, representing the Swami Dayanand Post Graduate Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (SDPGIPS), College of Pharmacy, were among the key organizers and participants who contributed significantly to the event's success.

 

The cleanliness drive kicked off early in the morning as students, faculty members, and administrative staff gathered at various locations across the sprawling campus. Armed with brooms, dustbins, and gloves, the volunteers set out to clean classrooms, corridors, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Speaking at the event, Dr. Shamsher Singh Lohchab, Director of Pt. B.D. Dr. Virender and Mr. Davinder from SDPGIPS College of Pharmacy were instrumental in coordinating the event and mobilizing students to participate actively.
